L'Osteria Metzingen in Metzingen

"What to say but don't miss to visit this place when you're in Metzingen. The service? Very fast, helpful and always there when you need them. The food? Amazing! But watch out-the pizza is huuuuge, even bigger than the table. The only bad part is that it is so tasty so you cannot stop eating, but it is so big that you just cannot eat it all To shorten it up, this is a great restaurant with amazing food and awesome service; definitely a recommendation!"

"actually one of the best restaurants I have been to in Germany, but service is not good.. first guy who served was terrible, then they switched and one polite guy started to serve us, but due to so many people service was so so low! but food is amazing! you could get different 2 pizzas together, and I think it is really good idea! also wc was really clean and nice! really recommend to visit if you are in Metzingen."

"We’ve been going to LOsteria in different cities since 2006. Their pizzas are delicious and have a real wow factor when they are delivered to your table. Their pasta dishes and salads are also really good and portions are perfect. We are a family of 5 and when we all order pizza we get to take some home with us (another reason why my teens love it!) L’Osteria in Metzingen is spacious and always has people eating, regardless of the time of day. Their staff can sometimes be overwhelmed with too many tables, which is a shame since we have sometimes left and not ordered coffee or dessert as the service was too slow. Last night for the 1st time our pizzas were smaller than normal and a bit doughy, other table’s pizzas looked ok so I hope we were just unlucky We will always go back, it’s a family tradition, although I hope next time our food and service are better."

"Was a super cool interior with a good atmosphere. We were lucky because I asked to be seated inside and the Lady was very kind to find us a seat. The food was great. I did, however, struggle to finish it!! But I did in the end... Not too expensive other than the drinks, but it's expected when ordering a massive pizza."

"Food as expected was good but the initial waiter who got us to our seats seemed off, I would say almost racist. He kept ignoring us and attending to other guests around us who came in later. Then the new waiter came was kind and nice."
